Holacracy

Today's lesson will examine holacracy. Holacracy is a way of organizing a company or a team without a boss or a manager. Everyone has different roles and can make decisions for their own roles. People work together in circles that have a purpose and a plan. Holacracy helps people to be more creative, flexible and responsible. Holacracy is not very common, but some companies use it because they think it is better than a traditional hierarchy.
