Ghosting

Today’s lesson will examine a common problem in the job market: ghosting jobseekers. Ghosting means to stop communicating with someone without giving a reason. Sometimes employers ghost jobseekers after an interview or a job offer. This can be very frustrating and confusing for the jobseekers.
